The outdoor balcony is a highlight of the condo as you can enjoy your morning coffee there watch our sleepy city awake and the sunsets every evening. Text or call us as needed- we live nearby!
Deposit Policy
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required immediately upon making the reservation. The reservation will be considered confirmed once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the total booking amount is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, the full amount is due upon reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made at least 61 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the deposit amount will be provided. However, if a cancellation is requested within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided.
