Casa Sirena is a luxurious, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa on the secluded Water Island. It is everything you're looking for in a waterfront destination. Casa Sirena is absolute, pure luxury and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This is absolutely the nicest home on Water Island and offers view of all 4 "Saints," St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix, and St. James.

When you stay at Casa Sirena, you will probably spend most of your time relaxing by the private pool, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Or, maybe you'd prefer a hammock tucked away in a private spot, to read a book. Oh, and let's not forget about the jacuzzi! The winds are constant at Casa Sirena, so every night is a great night for the jacuzzi. No matter where you prefer to relax, there is plenty of patio space to spread out and relax.

You've been wowed by the outdoors, but just wait until you see the inside! Pry yourself from the balcony and step inside to find a chef's kitchen that has everything you need: luxury gas stove, twin ovens, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker. Water Island is the perfect spot to experience a Caribbean vacation without the crowds. Most of Water Island is dedicated green space with natural island palm forests. But you can be in St. Thomas in only a short 5-minute ferry ride, where you'll find great shopping and delicious restaurants.

Renting a golf cart during your stay is a must. There's no other way to get around. Drive around this quiet island to see the great views off the beaten path. Head over to Honeymoon Beach for incredible snorkeling, swimming with the sea turtles or just sunbathing on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. You will also need a golf cart to get to and from the ferry dock.

Water Island is the fourth US Virgin Island. Here you won't find traffic or crowds, just a perfectly undeveloped island with a villa that offers all the luxury you need. From the St. Thomas airport, you only have a short, 5-minute ride to the Crown Bay Marina, where you'll take the Water Island Ferry to start your vacation!

Deposit Policy

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required immediately upon making the reservation. The reservation will be considered confirmed once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the total booking amount is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, the full amount is due upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made at least 61 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the deposit amount will be provided, minus the credit card processing fee. However, if a cancellation is requested within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided. Please note that any refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable credit card processing fee.
