Seaside Escape is a very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom property with unobstructed 180 degree views all the way out to the British Virgin Islands.

Located in Bolongo Bay at Sea Cliff Villas on the South side of gorgeous St Thomas, it is just the place to relax and enjoy the sun, sea and relaxed Caribbean vibe! You're only 15 minutes from the airport and most top destinations including restaurants, shopping and beaches. And of course, only a few steps away and you can be chilling at the pool. There are two balconies to sip coffee and watch the cruise ships roll by or enjoy a glass of wine after a day at the beach.

This fantastic property features central air-conditioning, a comfortable living room and eat-in kitchen. It has two oceanfront balconies with swaying palms, both are off the kitchen and one from the ocean front bedroom.

This is one of the best locations on the island, with amazing views of the Caribbean from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This condo's location welcomes breezes from the tropical trade winds throughout the day (you may not even need the A/C!), and uninterrupted views of the water and neighboring islands. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night, just outside your door!

The Ocean View Room features a King size bed, flat screen TV with cable, plenty of drawer storage, and access to an oceanfront balcony. The Ocean View Room features a luxurious ensuite bathroom, with a shower/tub combination.

The Second large bedroom also features a King size bed, flat screen TV with cable, plenty of drawer and hanging storage including a large closet, and a full bathroom next door.

The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV with cable and Roku streaming availability. Living room seating includes a large couch and chair, and two barstools at the breakfast bar.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you could need to cook and enjoy your time on the island! Stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, plates and drink-ware are all provided. The kitchen also features a 6 seat dining table and bar seating.

Other villa amenities include: in-unit washer and dryer, linens and towels, including beach towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, and an auto-locking keyless entry front door that allows you to enjoy the beach or pool without the hassle of a key!

On-site amenities include: 2 restaurants (Mim's Seaside Bistro and the Lobster Grille), access to 2 swimming pools, Bolongo Bay Beach, a dive shop, water sports including personal watercraft, paddle boards, aqua tricycles and much more. The Heavenly Days catamaran departs from Bolongo Bay Beach, and makes daily sails to nearby Buck Island to snorkel with the sea turtles.

Deposit Policy

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required immediately upon making the reservation. The reservation will be considered confirmed once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the total booking amount is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, the full amount is due upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made at least 61 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the deposit amount will be provided, minus the credit card processing fee. However, if a cancellation is requested within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided. Please note that any refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable credit card processing fee.
